Terms and conditions

By creating an account or buying a course on doacademy.online, you agree to these terms. Do Academy is operated by Do Technologies LLP, Mini Bypass Road, Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad, Kerala, India.

1. Courses and access

• Courses are recorded, self-paced video lessons delivered online.
• Each course is a one-time purchase. Access starts once payment is confirmed and lasts for the access period shown on the course page at the time of purchase.
• Access is personal to the registered student. One account per person; accounts and logins must not be shared.
• Free preview lessons may be viewed without payment.

2. Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Offer prices are valid for the period shown and may change without notice. A price change does not affect courses already purchased.

3. Use of course content

• All videos, text, prompts, templates and materials are the property of Do Technologies LLP and are for your personal learning only.
• You must not record, screenshot, download, copy, resell, re-upload or share any course content.
• Paid lessons are watermarked with your account details. We may limit simultaneous playback to one device.
• Breaking these rules may lead to your account being suspended or closed without refund, and we may take legal action.

4. Certificates

• A completion certificate is issued after you complete all lessons and submit the required project.
• The certificate confirms course completion only. It is not a government, university or professional accreditation.

5. Student conduct

You agree not to upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content in project submissions or anywhere on the platform. You are responsible for content you create using AI tools taught in the course, including following each tool's own terms.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, reorder or improve course content. Third-party AI tools shown in lessons may change their features or pricing, which is outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

Courses are educational. We do not guarantee any specific income, job, follower count or business result. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Wayanad, Kerala.

9. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page.

Privacy policy

Do Technologies LLP collects only the data needed to run your account, deliver courses and issue certificates. We never sell your personal data.

1. What we collect

• Account details: name, email address and phone number (if given).
• Payment details: order ID, amount and payment status from Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay, not us.
• Learning data: lessons watched, progress, project submissions and certificates issued.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP address and login sessions, used for security and to prevent account sharing.

2. How we use it

• To create your account and send login links or OTPs.
• To give access to purchased courses and track your progress.
• To issue and verify completion certificates.
• To send course updates, receipts and support replies. Promotional messages are sent only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
• To protect content, detect misuse and keep the platform secure.

3. Sharing

We share data only with services needed to run the platform, such as Razorpay (payments), video hosting, email delivery and cloud hosting providers. We may also disclose data when required by law.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and the site working. We may use basic analytics to improve the site.

5. Data security and retention

We use reasonable security measures to protect your data. We keep your data while your account is active and as required for tax, legal and certificate-verification purposes.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing hello@dotechnologies.net. Deleting your account ends access to purchased courses.

7. Children

Students under 18 should use the platform with the consent of a parent or guardian.

8. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page.

Refunds and cancellation

All course purchases on Do Academy are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds once payment is made.

1. No cancellation

Courses are digital and access is given immediately after payment, so an order cannot be cancelled once it is placed.

2. No refunds

No refund, full or partial, is given for any reason, including:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Not watching or not completing the course
• Course content not meeting personal expectations
• Device, internet or browser issues on the student's side
• Account suspension due to sharing, recording or misuse of content

3. Payment errors

If your money was debited twice for the same course, or debited but course access was not given, email hello@dotechnologies.net within 7 days with your registered email and payment ID. After verification, we will either activate your access or refund the extra or failed amount to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to credit it.

4. Course changes

If we permanently withdraw a course before your access period ends, we will move you to an equivalent course or provide continued access to the existing lessons.
